Restorative Rejuvenation is a private wellness experience for two, designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and full-body rejuvenation. Created for couples, friends, sisters, or mothers and daughters, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect – together.
What’s Included
- 20-minute guided journaling & meditation
Arrive, ground, and set intentions together. - 60-minute 9D Breathwork journey
A deeply immersive experience with headsets designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and full-body reset. - Red Light Therapy + Normatec Compression (60 minutes total)
One person begins with 30 minutes of red light therapy while the other enjoys 30 minutes of Normatec leg or hip compression, then you switch. - 1-hour Nordic Spa circuit
Rotate through the wood-fired hot tub, sauna, cold tubs or the lake for hot, cold, and rest to support circulation, recovery, and deep relaxation. - Hydration + curated snack basket provided

- Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours
